Inspired by the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Heart is about a young woman who returns to her storm damaged home to clean it up. While she waits for her brother to come home she gets some help from other people in her community, all looking to find a way to salvage some kind of hope, some kind of new life amidst the wreckage.
